SUMMER'S HERE!! The 2009 Summer Guide is packed with stories, activities and special events that will be taking place up and down the Colorado River!

The Summer Guide is the premier publication for the sun-soaked, lazy days of summer in the tri-state area along the banks of the Lower Colorado River. 50,000 printed copies will be delivered throughout the Colorado River Region from Kingman to Yuma, AZ, starting Memorial Day Weekend and ending Labor Day.

The Summer Guide is distributed in printed editions and will also be available right here for download. We hope everyone enjoys this year's up-coming edition and we ask that you support the advertisers that make this publication possible.

The 2009 Summer Guide will be available for download here and on local newstands throughout the summer.

This free guide will highlight events along the Colorado River. Not only for the water enthusiast, boaters, skiers or fishermen, but for the landlovers as well. Learn the exciting history of the London Bridge and just how it came to be in the middle of the American Southwest. Find exciting and educational day trips to take, learn about area museums, craftsmen, and specialty shops.

Inside the 2009 Summer Guide you will read about the history of the Lake Havasu island and how the channel was dug and how the city founder planned and reconstructed one of Lake Havasu's main attractions - the London Bridge. And, by the way, remember the child's play song about "London Bridge is falling down, falling down, my fair lady?" Now, you can read the whole adult story.

Also inside the Guide you will find out where to rent boats, waterskis, and just about anything else needed for a little watersports fun. Get valuable safety tips of boating, reducing your risk to sun exposure and how to take care of your pets in the harsh summer sun. And, remember, the Guide is not only for adults, inside you'll find page after page of how to keep the younger generation entertained as well.

Find hidden coves and shores to explore and maybe take a path less traveled, but be sure to watch for the 2009 Summer Guide, scheduled for release in late May!
